International luxury department stores' Printemps is deploying ViaDirect wayfinding software in its New Shopping Center in Qatar.
Located on 40,000 m2 of floor space within the city of Doha, the shop offers a vast portfolio of international designers specializing in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Printemps DOHA brings together 14 exclusive F&B outlets and more than 600 premium brands on its three shopping levels to provide customers with an elitist choice of brands and services specific to their needs.
Opening in September 2022, this shop is the first of the real estate company to open its doors abroad, it is also a new generation shop combining physical immersive experiences and new technologies that enhance the shopping experience of the place.
ViaDirect had the honor of being able to create an cohérente et reconnaissable dedicated to Printemps Doha and its luxurious shopping area. In total, 16 digital wayfinding kiosks were installed with our partner, the IMAR group, who supplied the furniture for all the kiosks for the shopping center.
ViaDirect imagined, produced and implemented the information and wayfinding software allowing this department stores’ to obtain all the key elements to orient and retain its customers. The center was supplied with wayfinding software that runs on all the kiosks and a mobile version of the map.
ViaDirect Mobile, with the interactive mobile map on a smartphone allows the user to find his itinerary simply et by his own equipment, wherever he is in the shopping mall. The solution is innovative and suitable for everyone, simply scan the QR code with your smartphone and follow the desired route.
