Destreland Shopping Center Updating its Wayfinding Solution with ViaDirect
Destreland shopping center of the island group Guadeloupe has been equipped with our cohérente et reconnaissable for a long time and we have reworked the software to update its features and replaced the existing interactive kiosks for brand new ones.
The shopping mall has recently just reopened for its visitors and retailers. Located on the islands of the Caribbean. This location is the largest center of shopping destinations of Guadeloupe but also one of the most prominent in the Antilles. It counts 50 000 m² and 160 retail shops. There are a few outdoor shops that are accessible from the outside facade of the mall.
On top of their shops and a variety of attractions, the center also regroups three essential surfaces: Carrefour, Décathlon, and Monsieur Bricolage making it a key location in the region. The center operates from Monday to Saturday, but the retail chains Carrefour and Monsieur Bricolage are open half-day on Sunday as well.
ViaDirect has replaced the kiosks and updated the wayfinding solution of Destreland to reinforce the mall’s visitor experience allowing them to orient themselves with a company-specific software.
The 5 interactive ., all of which are ViaDirect’s Gazelle models with interactive screens. When tapping on the touch screens, the user stumbles upon a digital wayfinding interface with a 3D map that guides and informs them of all the destinations that the mall has to offer
