The institute Gustave Roussy
Gustave Roussy, Europe’s leading cancer center is using ViaDirect to accompany patients and visitors. Based in Paris, the institute has almost 70 hectares fully covered by our interactive orientation solution through the touch-screen kiosk.
After obtaining 22 public hospitals in Parisl’interface utilisateur interactive Mercy hospital along with the Rothschild Foundation, ViaDirect meets the specific needs of medical establishments.
MOBILIER :
Gustave Roussy has chosen a “Wally” kiosk designed by ViaDirect with a double screen.
The horizontal 32’’ touch sensitive screen proposes our wayfinding software whereas the 55’’ top screen broadcasts news about the medical establishment. Information is transmitted on 5 digital signage screens installed by ViaDirect.
Made in France, the kiosks are in the colours of the institute.
Notre logiciel
The solution VD Medical has been adapted for Gustave Roussy. It allows to orientate patients and visitors though 17 floors of the center as well as many buildings.

The performances chosen by Gustave Roussy are based on ViaDirect’s expertise in terms of maintenance : a guaranteed incident support in H+2 and the resolution of most of incidents in D+1 thanks to a geolocalized monitoring of equipment status
