IKEA CENTRES CHOISIT VIADIRECT ET ÉQUIPE LE CENTRE COMMERCIAL AMETZONDO SHOPPING DE 14 DISPOSITIFS INTERACTIFS
IKEA Centersl’interface utilisateur interactive IKEA real estate company, chooses ViaDirect to digitise the commercial space of the Ametzondo shopping center in Bayonne, the first IKEA shopping center in France. After having equipped numerous supermarkets such as Auchan, Leroy Merlin, E.Leclerc, Décathlon, Mr Bricolage et Aélia, ViaDirect est fier d’étendre désormais sa solution digitale à IKEA.
Located at the crossroads of the A63 motorway, linking Bordeaux to Spain, and the A64 motorway from Pau, the shopping center receives many visitors in its 95 shops and restaurants. An elegant and contemporary shopping mall, it has, for example, a Carrefour, a Cultura, and above all an imposing IKEA shop. There are also leisure facilities such as playgrounds.
Opened in October 2016, it has been able to grow, thanks to its various shops and its 3000 space car park, which makes access easier. In order to continue to innovate, it has called on the services of ViaDirect.
In total, ViaDirect deployed 5 “Gazelle” interactive kiosks with a 43″ screen from our exclusive ViaDirect catalogue, integrated 2 touch screens in the reception area, and installed 7 55″ double screen directories. They deployed the BroadSign display solution, an international leader in advertising solutions. All our devices meet the requirements of robustness in public places.
From Paris, ViaDirect offers its expertise in software and hardware quality maintenance. Thus, our field of intervention covers outsourcing, analysis and resolution of incidents, securing data exchanges, as well as customer support for on-site interventions.
