ViaDirect and JCDecaux have teamed up to equip a terminal at Houston Hobby International Airport with a digital signage system
ViaDirect, JCDecaux France, and JCDecaux North America have joined their forces to equip the Houston William P. Hobby Airport in Texas. This is their first collaboration in North America !
Six vertical interactive bornes d'orientation have been carefully set up around HOU .
Trois bornes ont été installées dans le hall d’accueil de l’aéroport et trois autres dans l’espace commercial duty free après le passage de la zone de sécurité.
They both offer localized d’orientation et orientation in a way that passengers are fully aware of which area they are able to go to and find their favorite shops, restaurants, and services. For travelers between flights or visitors waiting for passengers’ arrival, the ViaDirect interactive 3D touch maps allow users to find the quickest way towards shops, restaurants, and airport amenities, including waiting and lounge rooms, and even art pieces exhibition dispatched in the Terminal halls.
Grâce à l’envoi instantané de l’itinéraire par SMS sur smartphone, les utilisateurs ont l’option de se laisser guider facilement vers la destination de leur choix dans le Terminal.
Designed first to facilitate and accelerate passengers’ information on departure or arrival, the interactive screens display in données en temps réel all national and international flights. Including occasional delays on arrival or departure.
For departures, kiosk’s screens list all flight hours and guide passengers towards air companies check-in and flight gates. Either while reading the interactive kiosk dynamic screen or tapping passenger flight number or scanning the boarding pass.
À l’arrivée, les bornes d’orientation listent les hôtels à proximité de l’aéroport avec possibilité de réserver sa chambre chez les hôtels partenaires directement à partir de la borne. Il suffit d’appuyer sur le bouton CALL d’appel de l’hôtel affiché sur l’écran de la borne pour être mis en relation vocale directe avec la réception de l’hôtel grâce à la technologie VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
