6 DOUBLE-KIOSKS WITH WAYFINDING AND DYNAMIC DISPLAY IN THE ‘DOMUS’ MALL

The installation in Domus shopping center
The ‘Domus’ shopping mall, dedicated to home improvement, chooses the Viadirect wayfinding and information solution and is equipped with 6 interactive double-kiosks with wayfinding and dynamic display. Directories were specially designed and fabricated to be multifunctional while benefiting from a strong visual impact.
KIOSKS:
The 6 kiosks include an inclined 40” wayfinding multi-touch screen and a dynamic 46” display broadcasting videos and animations. Beside the screen, there is a luminous “i”, and on the back an advertising poster.
Kiosks use the latest technologies from screens to touch frames in order to offer a very slim, yet robust, modern design for public places.
SOFTWARE:
The kiosks are equipped with ViaDirect’s information and wayfinding solution and managed by a powerful back-end system:
- A 3D map that guides people in real-time
- A full multi-touch map experience
- Search stores by alphabetical order or category (updates in Web Services)
- Search services and restaurants
- Display of events (in Web Services)
- Parking
- Transportation schedule and traffic in real-time
