Val d’Europe mall has chosen ViaDirect to install interactive kiosks
10 interactive wayfinding kiosks are now installed in ‘Val d’Europe’, one of the 10 largest French shopping malls. Klépierre, the 2nd largest real estate investment company in Europe, with 178 shopping centers, entrusts ViaDirect with the following solution: .’ design and installation, hardware integration, e información development, and mantenimiento.
European leader in wayfinding solution, ViaDirect has already equipped the ‘Belle Epine’ mall in 2015 and further malls owned by Klépierre will be equipped soon.
KIOSKS:
The installation consists of 10 interactive directories with a 40’’ screen and barcode reader. Designed by the Belgian agency Brain Juice and manufactured entirely in Corian material, the interactive kiosks are equipped with a white-colored line. This feature helps capture visitors’ attention.
This innovation shows once again ViaDirect’s ability to add smart technology into its kiosk’s design while complying with strict robustness’ constraints expected in public places:

SOFTWARE:

- Search stores through alphabet or categories
- Search restaurants and services available in the mall

- Good deals (updated through Web Services)
- Advertising of the mall’s mobile application
- Opening hours

Information and movies:
- Timetables of the movies available in the ‘Val d’Europe’ cinema
- Road traffic in real-time
- Schedules of public transport
