The Jem shopping center in Singapore recently collaborated with us to give a better experience to their visitors enabling an easy navigation in their center with our mobile and kiosk wayfinding solutions.
So, these solutions are now available in the Jem center with the introduction of qr codes and interactive furniture to have access to the map of the center specially designed by ViaDirect according to the client needs.
Wayfinding kiosks and Mobile map for smooth navigation
To make navigating this immense 54,000 m2 site easier, five interactive wayfinding kiosks and one Mobile map have been installed at strategic locations in the JEM shopping Mall. In fact, these kisoks, are equipped with hardware supplied by our partners Ascenstar and ViaDirect’s wayfinding software. This allows to visitors to find their way easily to stores, restaurants and services.

ViaDirect’s Mobile Map enhances shopping center experience with easy-to-use solution. Indeed, The mobile map with QR codes simplifies navigation, reduces printing costs, updates floor plans, and streamlines visitor direction.
Futhermore,Qr codes are strategically placed throughout the center. With a library of visuals including floor stickers, the QR Code alone, a wall poster, visuals for digital signage and animated films you’ll be able to use our mobile solution.
