COVÉA IS EQUIPPED WITH 39 INFORMATION AND INTERACTIVE WAYFINDING KIOSKS FOR ITS PARISIAN HEAD OFFICE

ViaDirect equips the Covéa offices

 

Can you install 100% digital and interactive signage in offices? It’s the choice of Covéa, the number one French mutual insurance group, for its Parisian head office.

The multitouch kiosks installation is a revolution in workspaces because it informs and guides co-workers and visitors. It is a strong trend among property and facility managers.

With 100 places equipped and a skillful R&D, ViaDirect worked closely with Covea to offer an innovative solution that meets the multiple needs of modern office buildings.

In April 2015, the 7 renovated “Tivoli” buildings will welcome 800 people in 20 000m². The 39 “Lémurien” kiosks installed are divided between 48’’ and 22’’ screens that are found at all levels and in key service areas.

 

KIOSKS:

ViaDirect has installed 39 information and wayfinding indoor “Lémurien” kiosks including 19 horizontal 22” screens & 20 vertical 48” screens, which are user-friendly for disabled people.

Along with the project consulting and solution installation, ViaDirect has designed bespoke kiosks. Made up of brush stainless steel and oak tree from Quebec, the kiosks are compact thanks to a thin design. LED lights are integrated to reinforce the visibility of the kiosks.

The entrance hall and the “President” area have been equipped with an exclusive version of handmade polished brass.

SOFTWARE:

The ViaDirect Building application is a dedicated version of ViaDirect’s software for offices’ needs. ViaDirect widely extended the functionalities of its wayfinding software in order to meet the specific needs of the office market.

In addition to the 3D multi-level and multi-building itineraries, the solution is linked to the building information system in order to display interactive content such as meeting rooms, security information, transportation schedules, and news…relevant to employees and visitors, 

Easy to navigate, ViaDirect content has been designed for both vertical and horizontal displays.

All information and wayfinding kiosks are available in French and English, and are user-friendly for disabled people, providing specific calculating routes.
